Dream Machine Packages: How They Work

We are so excited for you to join us in Bali in May/June for what is going to be the most incredible week!

To get yourself, and your friends, ready for when we go on sale, we have put together some helpful info so you know how our Dream Machine packages work and what to expect during your festival experience!

DREAM MACHINE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

 All Dream Machine packages include: 

  • 4 Nights Accommodation
  • Daily Breakfast
  • Return Airport Transfers (from Denpasar airport on festival dates only)
  • 4 Days of Dream Machine experiences; 4 nights of pool parties and wellness activities & 3 nights at the Main Arena (your festival ticket)

At Dream Machine Bali you can choose your own adventure – from lazy days by the pool to action packed days of activities, pool parties, secret pop-ups, main arena madness and so much more!

At the time of purchase, you’ll also be given the option to upgrade to VIP Festival tickets, but that’s just the beginning… We’ve got plenty of fun parties and surprises in store for you, so stay tuned to our socials!

The best part is, you can lock in your Dream Machine package for only $300 per person deposit at time of booking! After that, you’ll pay monthly instalments up until the end of January 2024.

RESORT OPTIONS

We have secured the best 4 & 5 star resorts in the Nusa Dua Resort complex. 

Whether you want to wake up to the sounds of the ocean with our Deluxe Resorts or relax in the tranquil gardens at some of the best Value Resorts, we have an option for everyone!

Package prices vary depending on the accommodation and room type you choose, so we suggest jumping onto the website and taking a look at the options so you know which one you want to secure ahead of purchasing in the pre-sale.

BOOKING PROCESS

  1. Select your package (Deluxe or Value)
  2. Select the number of people in your group (Packages Deposits)
  3. Select your accomodation and room type (ensure the number of package deposits is equal to room occupancy). Your dates will be pre-selected from May 30th – 3rd June (you can add extra nights to your package at a later stage, simply contact us after you receive your confirmation email).
  4. Check out and add any extras as required, these will be added to your payment plan
  5. Make sure you have the full names and email addresses of everyone in your group handy, as they will be required at time of booking
  6. Review your cart before making payment

PAYMENT PROCESS

  1. Lock in your package for only $300 per person.
  2. Payment plan – following your initial $300 deposit, on 8th of Dec your second instalment of $400 is due, then your final balance needs to be paid before 31st January.
  3. Instalments will include the ticketing fee and credit card surcharge.
  4. Instalments won’t be automatically charged, but it’s up to the lead booker to make sure all payments are done. The lead booker will be sent an email 7 days prior to each instalment being due.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] a few days after purchasing, this has your confirmation number and all payment details on it. Any issues with your booking, or if you’d like to add on extra days or activities, please email that address (Please note: your PDF tickets will only be sent to you 7 days prior to the event)
